Unique Securities (a unit of Digimutual Goals Pvt. Ltd.), an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-332982) and SEBI-authorised person / BSE Member 3261, operates the "DIGI IPO" application and the website ipo.nivesheasy.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
We only collect information that you voluntarily provide when you choose to apply for an IPO or create an account:
- Name and mobile number
- PAN (Permanent Account Number)
- Demat account number (DP ID / Client ID) and depository (NSDL/CDSL)
- UPI ID (used only for the IPO payment-block mandate)
- Number of lots you wish to apply for
Publicly displayed IPO data (GMP, subscription, listing estimates) is compiled from publicly available sources and does not involve your personal data.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used solely to process and submit your IPO application through our regulated broking channel, to contact you regarding your application, and to provide related investment services you have requested. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. How your information is stored
Your data is stored securely in our own Google Firebase project, protected by access controls. It is accessible only to authorised Unique Securities staff for the purpose of processing your applications.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your details are shared only as strictly necessary to process your IPO application — for example, with the stock exchange (BSE/NSE) bidding platform, the registrar to the issue, and your sponsor bank for the UPI mandate — as required by SEBI and exchange regulations. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to regulatory retention obligations.
6. Your choices
You can request to view, correct, or delete your saved details at any time. Providing your information is voluntary; however, certain details are required to submit an IPO application.
7. Account & data deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all saved data at any time:
- In the app: open Account → at the bottom of the account window tap “Delete my account & data” → confirm. This permanently removes your login and all saved family details (name, PAN, demat, UPI, mobile) from our servers.
- By request: email singla223377@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my DIGI IPO account”, and we will complete deletion within 30 days (subject to any record-keeping required by SEBI/exchange regulations).
7. Children
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
